First of all
Listening
A first meeting, with no commitment, to understand the situation. Then, if needed, conversations with the people involved and a look at the documents.
Then
Proposal
A written proposal: goals, format, timing, costs, and how we’ll measure results.
During
The work
Workshops, training, one-to-one or group coaching, in person or online, adjusted as we go.
At the end
Review
We go back to the original goals and look at what has changed. I come from monitoring and evaluation: it’s the part I take most care over.

Do you work outside Abruzzo?
Yes. I’m based in L'Aquila and I’m glad to work with organisations in Abruzzo, but I work all over Italy and abroad, in person or online, including with international organisations in English and Spanish.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, the length and the number of people involved. After our first meeting you receive a written proposal, with clear costs and no surprises.
Do we have to commit for a long time?
No. You can start with something short, such as a workshop, and decide afterwards whether to continue.
Do you also work with individual people in the organisation?
Yes: one-to-one coaching for managers, or for someone going through a difficult time, can be part of the work, always respecting each person’s confidentiality.
