Privacy

Privacy notice.

What happens to the data you leave on sabrinaprioli.com, in plain words, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Last updated: 25 September 2026

In short

  • No profiling cookies, no analytics following you around, no banner.
  • The data you give me is used only for what you gave it for.
  • I don’t sell or pass on your data to anyone.
  • You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete it.

Who handles your data

The data controller is Sabrina Prioli, professional coach and consultant. For any question about your data you can write to me at lifecoach@sabrinaprioli.com: I’ll answer personally.

Via delle Grazie 34, 67100 L'Aquila, Italy · tax code PRLSRN70E47G482I · VAT number IT02131690667

I have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO): it isn’t required for an activity of this size.

What data, and why

Each form collects only what it needs for its purpose. For each one, here is what it collects, why, on what legal basis and for how long.

Contact form and email

What data
Name, email, your organisation if any, and whatever you choose to write to me, which may include information about your health or personal life.
Why
To reply to you and, if you wish, arrange a first conversation or prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For any health information you choose to share, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give with the form’s checkbox.
How long
For as long as our conversation lasts. If no engagement follows, I delete the messages within 12 months of our last exchange. If one does, the retention periods of the professional relationship and tax obligations apply.

Newsletter

What data
Email address and the language of the site you subscribe from.
Why
To send you the newsletter: new resources, articles, programmes and initiatives.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed in two steps: the subscription only counts once you have opened the link sent to you by email and confirmed.
How long
Until you unsubscribe, with the link at the bottom of every email. After that your address is kept only as “do not email”, so I don’t write to you by mistake; if you want it removed entirely, just ask.

I don’t track who opens the emails or which links they click. If you sign up without confirming, nothing is kept: the request is not stored.

Booking a conversation

What data
Name, email, the time you choose and your answers in the booking form.
Why
To schedule and manage the conversation.
Legal basis
Your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
As long as needed for the conversation and any coaching that follows.

Booking happens on Calendly, which has its own privacy notice and cookies: the site only takes you there if you click “Book a call”.

Who I entrust it to

To run the site I rely on a few providers, who process data on my behalf and only for the service they provide (processors, Art. 28 GDPR).

Wix is based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Google Ireland is based in the European Union. Vercel, Resend and Calendly are based in the United States: data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for providers that have joined it, or of the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR).

The links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are plain links: until you open them, this site loads nothing from those services. If you message me on WhatsApp I receive your number and your messages, which Meta processes under its own privacy policy.

I don’t sell, pass on or disclose your data to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

If you are under 14

The forms on this site are meant for people aged 14 and over. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to leave their own email instead of yours (Art. 8 GDPR and Art. 2-quinquies of the Italian Privacy Code).

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). If you gave your consent you can withdraw it whenever you like: it applies from then on, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise any of these rights, just write to me at lifecoach@sabrinaprioli.com. I reply within one month, free of charge. For the newsletter there is also the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (opens in a new tab).

Giving your data is always your choice. Without an email address, though, I can’t reply to you or send you the newsletter. No decision about you is made automatically and I don’t do any profiling.

If something changes

If something changes, such as a new provider or a new form, I update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects how I use the email you gave me, I’ll write to tell you.
