Let’s talk.
You can book a call straight away, or write me a couple of lines about what’s going on.
“Can I talk to you before deciding?”
The first conversation is free.
It’s there to understand what’s happening and to decide together whether coaching is the right road.
Book half an hour
Pick a time from the calendar. Nothing to prepare — just tell me where we’re starting from.
We talk
You tell me the situation. I explain how I work and say honestly whether I can be useful to you.
You decide
If it makes sense to continue, we agree the length and rhythm together. Usually we meet every two weeks.
“What if I’d rather write?”
Tell me where it starts.
A little is enough: what the situation is and what you’d like to change. I read and answer the messages myself.
“What if coaching isn’t the answer?”
When I’m not the right person.
Coaching looks at the present and at what you want to build. It isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace it: if what you tell me calls for psychological or psychiatric support, I’ll say so straight away and point you to someone who can really help.
The same goes if we realise along the way that we aren’t a good fit. A coach has to recognise when they’re not the right person — and say it.
